A full, two day, enhanced, special edition, low cost, ICM+User Group meeting is coming to Cambridge in September 2018. Please make a note of this date as it will be well worth it.
We are thrilled to announce that this year will see our first two day workshop, wholly dedicated to ICM+.
The meeting will take place on 10-11th September in Cambridge, UK. The main focus will be on the application of ICM+ to data analysis, but the format will also include invited lecturers, as well as testimonies and cases from individual users. At least three intensive hands-on sessions are planned and all participants are strongly encouraged to bring their own data, ready to discuss their individual needs and ideas.
Poster exhibition space will also be offered and all users are invited to share their recent or on-going projects with the ICM+ community in the spirit of our weekly Brain Physics “work-in-progress” seminars. We would particularly like to encourage students and first time attenders. We hope that this will create a strong basis for continuing multicentre collaboration and will provide a stimulating discussion for further monitoring projects and all round networking.
The preliminary programme is as follows:
- 11:00 Coffee and registration
- 12:00 – 13:00 Keynote lecture
- 13:00 – 14:00 Lunch

Although we aim to keep the costs to all participants to a minimum a small nominal fee (below £100) may need to be charged to cover the expenses incurred.
Therefore, please do make a note in your calendars and get in touch with us if there is anything specific that you would like to see included in the workshop. Please remember that this workshop is organised to bring together our users and to engender helpful discussion. It is a meeting for YOU, that we aim to tailor to YOUR needs. Therefore we are very much looking forward to receiving your suggestions.
Please send those before March 31th by email, or even better, our brand new Discussion Space!
And finally, spread the word! The workshop is open to everyone and we would very much like to collaborate with new centres and extend ICM+ to other specialties. There is always a good time to make new friends!
